What is Digital Transformation? 

Digital transformation is the implementation of software to streamline business processes and operations. Digital transformation includes using CRMs (customer relationship management software)  and project management applications to improve business efficiency and productivity. It can also involve replacing outdated software and applications with newer digital technologies and launching new websites and other digital products. 

What is “Process-Driven Organizational Structuring”? 

At Crowned, we are experts at analyzing an organization’s processes and giving customized support to improve or implement organizational structures. Examples of this include helping you choose the right software and utilizing our years of experience in operations management to make your business processes more efficient. 

What is “Custom Operations Analysis”? 

Crowned offers bespoke business operations consulting. We look at each of our clients as individuals, and we believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to operations management. With our years of experience, we’re able to see the forest for the trees and craft a plan that suits your specific needs.

What are your available working hours?

Crowned is available during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. After hours support may be available upon request. 

How do payments work?

All plans are paid on retainer. Crowned will ask for the first payment upon sign-up with a monthly plan. Then, at the end of each billing cycle, you will have the option to renew your existing plan or start a new plan of your choosing. 

Do my hours roll over each month?

No, your hours are only valid during that month’s billing cycle and will expire if left unused. Once you decide to renew your plan, the allotted monthly hours will start over. However, you will always be aware of any unused hours through your weekly usage reports.

What if I need support after hours?

In the event after-hours support is needed, you must contact Crowned at least 2 hrs prior to ensure a logical time frame and availability. There will be an additional fee for all after-hours work, and you will be invoiced at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
