What is “Process-Driven Organizational Structuring”?
At Crowned, we are experts at analyzing processes and giving customized support to improve organizational structures. Examples include managing standard operating procedures, optimizing & streamlining current processes, and automating tasks through the cloud. We’ll help you choose the correct systems to make your business more proficient.
What is Sales Operations?
Sales operations include processes and activities that support & enable sales organizations to run efficiently by providing strategy and tactical functions. These functions include implementing sales systems, best practices, and new tools & techniques.
What is “Custom Operations Analysis”?
Crowned offers bespoke business operations consulting. We look at each of our clients uniquely, and we believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to operations management. With our years of experience, we can craft a plan that suits your specific needs by assessing your current systems and most urgent needs, providing a detailed questionnaire, and taking time to discuss any roadblocks or concerns.
What are your available working hours?
Crowned is available during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PT. After-hours support may be available upon request.
How do plan payments work?
All plans are paid on retainer. Crowned will ask for the first payment upon sign-up with a monthly plan. Then, at the end of each billing cycle, you will have the option to renew your existing plan or start a new plan of your choosing.
Do my hours roll over each month?
No, your hours are only valid during that month’s billing cycle and will expire if left unused. Once you decide to renew your plan, the allotted monthly hours will start over. However, you can ask about hour usage through hourly reports.
What if I need support after hours?
In the event after-hours support is needed, you must contact Crowned at least 2 hrs prior to ensure a logical time frame and availability. There will be an additional fee for all after-hours work, and you will be invoiced at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
